If God answers my prayer, then my plan is:
- All of my children and my children’s mother will be provided the funds they need to be debt-free and establish savings for providing for future expenses and college funds for my grandchildren.
- A charity will be created which will provide free MRI exams for those who are not able to afford them.
- The charity will purchase a specific 2.25 acre commercial corner lot which is for sale and priced at $1.4 million and located on a busy highway on which will be placed a profitable business. Discretionary profits from this business will be donated to the charity. (The specific lot location is known, and will be disclosed after it is purchased.)
- The charity will purchase a Chic-Fil-A franchise and build a store on the property described in item 2.
- The charity will also purchase a specific 19 acre rural residential lot which is for sale and priced at $1.9 million. It already has a large residential home, a 40 slot RV park, and plenty of undeveloped acreage. The existing home will be remodeled and re-purposed for use as the free MRI clinic and ample parking areas will be added around it to accommodate patients and guests. The MRI unit alone is approximately $2 million. The extra undeveloped acreage will be used as a site to build and furnish a 50 room assisted living facility to provide care for the elderly. The assisted living facility and the RV park will also be owned and operated by the charity and provide additional sources of revenue for the charity to provide free MRI services. - The charity will also purchase another commercial corner lot similar in price and size as the one described in item 2 above along this same busy highway. Another profitable business will be placed on this property for the purpose of generating revenue for the charity. (The specific lot location is known, and will be disclosed after it is purchased.)
- The charity will also purchase a Whataburger franchise and build a store on this second corner lot described in item 5.
- My wife, an RN with over 18 years of home health experience will manage the assisted living facility. I, with 33 years of healthcare experience including 27 years in MRI, will manage the MRI clinic.
